Booking a Service
Our services can be booked by Primary Care Trusts, Social Services, other health care organisations and private clients. Services can be booked on a short term or long term basis.
For Direct Payment, Personal Budget and Private Clients interested in contracting our services, either to support a current package from another provider or for a new package, a meeting will be setup to discuss the referral. During the meeting we will discuss your care needs and the type of support you require which will then be turned into a personalised care plan. The cost of the package will be agreed before finally signing the terms and conditions. The service can begin with your assigned care worker (s).
