Our Marego team form the bedrock of our company. We also ensure we give our staff the required comprehensive training to ensure they are competent in what they do.

We require all of our support staff to be trained to at least NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent standard. The requirement for managerial positions is NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent. This ensures that our team is highly skilled and well-prepared to provide the best possible support and care for the young people in our facilities.

To ensure their excellence in various roles, we provide mandatory training alongside opportunities for ongoing professional development. Regular supervision sessions are organised, and we actively encourage our staff to engage in these developmental activities.
