Please send all referrals by email to our Nurse Manager at admin@maregolimited.co.uk. Any initial referral made by phone must be followed up with an email including the full referral details along with a risk assessment.

In your referral, please ensure to include critical information such as the individual's age, gender, any safeguarding concerns, and as much background information as possible to assist us in understanding their needs comprehensively.

Upon receipt of the referral, Marego Limited will carry out a thorough risk assessment to determine if the individual is a suitable fit for our services. We commit to responding within 24 hours to acknowledge receipt of the referral and to inform you whether we can meet the individual's needs. If, for any reason, we determine that we are unable to meet their needs, we will provide a detailed explanation in writing within 24 hours of the initial response. At that point, the referral process will be concluded.
